Our Efficiency Bonus Breakdown:

  • 85% – 90%: $1/hour
  • 90% – 95%: $2/hour
  • 95% – 100%: $4/hour
  • 100% – 105%: $6/hour
  • 105% – 110%: $8/hour
  • Over 110%: $10/hour
